Mug Recipes
Introduction
My preference is
Corning Meal Mugs,
but any 20oz or larger cup, mug, or bowl should work fine.
I tend to pack my ingredients into my measuring devices, which significantly affects things like flour/Bisquick.
I push my measuring cup into the Bisquick and up against the side of the box.
That compresses it before I scrape it off level.
For example, lightly pouring Bisquick into a 1/4 cup measuring cup might be around 33g.
But the same measuring cup holds around 54g compressed.
All my measurements for dry ingredients are with a bit of compression before leveling.
